Center for Transportation Studies Career Expo

Are you interested in a career in transportation and ready to learn more about next steps for a job or internship? Do you want to explore the many disciplines within the transportation industry and find out which one really interests you? The Transportation Career Expo is here to help! 

Hosted annually by CTS, the expo offers undergraduate and graduate students the chance to learn about transportation career alternatives, career preparation strategies, and future job opportunities. The event will include roundtable discussions with transportation professionals on a variety of topics and an exhibitor fair featuring employers and professional associations.

Students are also encouraged to bring their résumés and receive helpful suggestions from individuals experienced in reviewing job applications.

All U of M students and the public are welcome to attend this free event. Stop by to learn about law schools, law-related career options, as well as volunteer and internship opportunities. You can talk with representatives from law schools, paralegal organizations, governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, and test prep services. Stop by anytime between 12 pm and 3 pm during the event. You do not need to register in advance to attend.

This event is coordinated by the U of M Pre-Law Advising Office (CLA Career Services) and the University Student Legal Services.

Health Careers Week 2013

Health Careers Fair

• Thinking about a career in a health profession?
• Wondering about the options for education in the medical and health fields?
Come to the Health Careers Fair and learn about the many different academic programs leading to a health professional career. Meet with admissions staff from health professional and health-related programs and ask them your questions. In addition to the many University of Minnesota health degree options, there will also be representatives from some non-UMN programs, such as Physicians Assistant, Optometry, among others. There are also exhibitors who can give you a chance to gain experience, both on and off campus, which may be important for your application. UMN pre-health students groups will also be in attendance!

The fair is free and open to all University of Minnesota students.
